It would be so cool if I could still put “freelance illustrator” as my occupation when I am eighty or ninety or one hundred years old!

フリーランスのイラストレーターになって、それなりの時間が経つ。
出来る努力はそれなりにしてきたつもりだけど、結果として今、画を仕事にできて本当に幸せだと思う。
職業として続けてゆくのは決してラクじゃないけど、けっこう楽しい。
老いてこの世から去るまで、ぎりぎりまで画を職業としてやってゆきたい。
80歳になっても、職業欄に「イラストレーター」って書けたらいいね。
